Item skill.

To Gms/Admin.
i would like to ask if you can low the reuse of item skills. The recharge is too slow so we cvan farm properly.
I requesting this, because if you think that nothing should be done against SpellWholer who have 27k m.attack so you are wrong? Wheres the fun on it? A Spellsinger (the quickest mage) haves the same casting speed of a sph. This is very unfair, i think you should nerf the sph for the good of the server. If you do it, newcomers will love the server and they won't say (crappy server rolled by sph who have 27k m.attack).
Other thing.
Please, but please make the respawn of raid bosses 24H +-, because not every1 is bulgarian and as we know some gmt's aren't compatible and all the time, the same guys will kill them.
About the item skill, please check it, and reply to my post.

Think about it, for a better server.

Boss's spawned at random time!
not every spawn in +2GMT
its always a different time
so every1 can kill them when they spawned ..

i see that sph got nerfed but about my main request? Reuse for item skills? would be grateful
